The Women Behind Mindful Reset
Seven years ago, I was trapped in what I call the “Spiral of overthinking.” Every morning, I promised myself I’d stay calm and focused, only to find my mind racing with worries by evening. It left me feeling drained and disconnected —stuck in my own thoughts, unable to be present.

I always saw myself as a strong, disciplined person, so I couldn’t understand why I felt so out of control. I’d start the day with clarity, but by afternoon, my mind was overwhelmed with self-doubt and stress. I didn’t realize that by constantly overanalyzing, I was making myself feel worse.

I struggled with finding a roadmap too. I didn’t resonate with the 12 step programs, AA meetings, and the other programs out there. I created this workshop because yoga helped me find a new path—and now I want to share it with you.
